Adjusting the overall volume of sounds from embeds

Changing the overall volume of sounds from embeds, in order to adjust a comfortable volume when some embeds simply do not have an adjustment. Sometimes the playback of media in embeds is accompanied by a very loud sound that cannot be lowered quickly (poor ears).
In short, so that people do not go deaf quickly.
