User names with same foreground and background colour are invisible
I use Discord in "light mode" (white background). I visit a server where people can choose their own user name colour. A white user name on white background is invisible. (I'm guessing that the same is true in default "dark mode" with a dark grey colour). For example, here, you can't see who is talking, with the white name:
I would like to suggest that if the foreground and background colours are identical (or maybe even very close -- but at least if they are identical) you address this somehow, to make it readable to all users. There are various possible approaches, like changing the displayed user name colour, or putting a thick dark or light outline around it. The main point is that names must be readable, regardless of themes and colours. I understand that people can choose the colour they want, but if the foreground and background colour are identical then unreadability is guaranteed, which goes against the idea of Discord as a tool for communication, and is also harmful from an accessibility and disability standpoint.
