Discord Support automated responses

Hi! I recently got terminated, and it was 100% a false termination. When I emailed the many times that I did, I over and over got the same automated response from the Support team. They were very unclear onto why I was banned, and only gave the simple reason of “raiding,” which I have never done. I tried to explain that someone spam reported me in their server that THEY INVITED PEOPLE TO, and I provided proof, yet Discord support will not try and understand my point of view, and just keeps sending the same response. It’s extremely frustrating as to how Discord support is run and by sending the same automated responses and not listening to what the actual users have to say. I am hoping that in the future discord will have a more responsive and responsible team.
