Captioner or Speech-To-Text

It'd be great feature for deaf/hard of hearing(hoh) to have Captioner/Speech-To-Text. They'd be able to have a lot of fun with hearing people who speaking in VC. Besides, it'd also be nice if there were specified speech to text from each person who are in VC.

(Also, with supported multiple languages would be nice feature for hearing/deaf/hoh people who are from others country)

  Definitely need this, especially with the introduction of Stage Channels now.
