A function to change between light and dark theme according with the hour (Day/Night)

Create an option on the appearance page that makes discord change the theme according with the user hour, like:
+6:00pm, Discord will change the theme for Dark
+6:00am, Discord will change the theme for Light
Also, will be a good idea if the user can set a custom hour to change the theme between dark and light
