Boost Revenue Payouts and Boost Tier 4
Please excuse any British English spelling, I am British after all!
Server Boosting is an interesting concept for supporting your favourite Communities. However, they don't currently feel like they are supporting Communities. As such, I have a couple of ideas to improve this.
Boost Revenue Payouts

Firstly, I believe that Boost Tier 3 and 4 (see below regarding T4) should offer the ability for around 20% / 50% of all the active Server Boosts to be paid out to the Server Owner, should they have a valid form of connection payout method (for example: PayPal or another means).
Why do I think this should be a possibility? I think that Discord's Server Boosts should be thought of akin to Twitch's Tier 1 Channel Subscriptions. Something that can benefit the Server Owner and, by extension, that Community as a whole. It would definitely make Server Boosts feel more valuable and of worth.
Boost Tier 4

To further help with making Server Boosts feel more Community-beneficial, a new Tier 4 should be added.
It could be unlocked at 60+ Boosts on a Server, and would unlock the following for a Server:
- Allow all Members of that Server, Nitro or no Nitro, to be able to use that Server's Animated Emojis within that Server only.
- Increased file limit for Custom Emojis from 256kb to 1MB. This would also benefit Role Icons (see next point)
- Ability to upload custom Icons for Roles. They would have a file limit of 1MB, hence Emoji file limit increase too as it would make sense they would share the same file limits. Additionally, Role Icons would be static, so PNGs or JPGs only.
Role Icons
Role Icons would, of course, be a new feature as well. If a Role has an Icon, then it could be displayed next to the User's name in chat (similar to how the BOT tag appears for Bots/Webhooks, SERVER for Announcement Messages, etc).
Should a User have multiple Roles with Icons, then only their highest Role with an Icon would display - similar to how Role Colours are calculated in chat.
Role Icons would, when used sensibly, allow Communities to highlight important members of their Community should they want to. For instance, their Staff team, Events team, Monthly Custom Role winners, fellow YouTubers/Streamers, etc.
When it comes to managing Role Icons, it would be seamless to integrate with the new Role Settings UI. A new "Role Icon" section would appear once a Server has reached Boost Tier 4, and the Icon would also be preview-able.
(In the below image, I have used a sword icon as the example)

These Ideas sound nice, just not realistic. Payment from discord for using boosts will never happen, at least that's what I think and the icons next to the name should just be supported by Discord natively instead of needing like $120 a month to get it. The only real idea there is from that I would say would be Allow all Members of that Server, Nitro or no Nitro, to be able to use that Server's Animated Emojis within that Server only. since they've already done something similar in their 1 and 2 with a higher quality stream for all members in that server.

I do think that payment from Boosts has at least a small chance of happening, since the infrastructure is already in place due to Store Channels (Approved Game Developers can sell their games directly from their Discord Servers via Store Channels).

TwilightZebby Discord Nitro+ Server boosting is a discord cash grab, it's a portion of how they make money. Game developers make their own content and probably have to request for their game to be accepted for Store Channels which might cost money since it'll increase revenue ( they probably take a portion of the cost for the item they are selling) so yeah, overall I still think there is no way payment from boosts will ever happen, the only way I could reason it existing is for partnered servers.
