Whitelist certain IPs from Rate-Limiting (IFTTT, etc...)

Hey, I and many other user use IFTTT as a free and convenient service to post RSS and social media feeds into channels automatically. However currently, rate limits apply which IFTTT is not able to resolve on their end as the problems evidently are on the end of Discord rate limiting IFTTT's volume of posts, causing the service to not function or function erratically. Is it possible to whitelist webhooks / bots using IFTTT from rate limiting so that they can post and be used conveniently without issue?

I may not be communicating the problem exactly as it is, but the general gist of the problem may be more clear from the screencapture I included with this request.

    I've been having the same issues for a while now.
    Discord support told me to find and upvote requests on here are they help determine when a solution would be implemented.
