Day Night Theme Switch

Idea:

Enable an option to switch Dark/Light Theme at Dusk/Dawn.

Why:

I work on Linux, so there is no good system integration. I work next to a window, where I need light theme, as otherwise the sun-glare makes text hard to read. Right now, I switch themes manually all the time.

Yeah that's basically it. I think you do have access to the system-time on all machines, so could you implement this? I think it's literally 20 lines of code lol.

  THIS, I love light theme so much but it hurts my eyes at night, I really wish this was a feature
