So, this feature would allow people that have difficulty for seeing images, whom also use screen readers, to know what's going on that picture. I also think this feature would be great for all users, to have a better understanding of what that image wants to pass How it would work: The user who posts image has the option of adding "Closed Caption"/"Subtitles" to that image and it would show underneath it, in a smaller gray text (something like what newspapers do)
