Unbanned person unable to join server

I unbanned someone on one of the servers I'm admin on after the owner accidentally unbanned that person (btw, the person who was banned was an admin too).

However, they were unable to rejoin the server. This is what it showed for them when they tried to join:

We tried every bot we had on the server (Carl-bot, MEE6, Dyno, etc.). We banned then unbanned again as a test with each bot and even tried to just unban with those bots. But nope, it did not work. That person is still unable to join the server. It still shows the same thing. They can't even join with a newly-created alt.

Note that I used ms paint to hide usernames in that person's picture just in case that person wanted anonymity.

How do I fix this? It's been going like this for over 2 weeks now.
