Videocalling on Android is lagging as hell

Dear Discord Team,

me and my friends are using the Video Calling feature on our Server and directly. But since a long time we noticed, that all Users with a Android Devices are lagging permanently. We checked the Connection, Device Status and the performance of those devices.

So just to be clear, we dont talk about Android Devices from 2009. We talk about the latest flagships on the market like Samsung Galaxy S21, Xiaomi Mi 10 & 11Ultra and more. Everyone of us has a minimum of 100mbits Download and 45mbits Upload on fiber as well as LTE+ with a highspeed of 300mbits download. 

So what we did. We checked some Community Posts about Hardware Accelerating Options and stuff like that, but in the end a iphone 7 has got a better video call perfomance than a 1200$ Android flagship.

We dont understand that those Devices with the best Smartphone Cameras are shown with litterly 0.5 fps. 

Thats why we decided to make this Post and hope we can reach you in some kind of way, that you will notice this, test it and hopefully fix it.
