AMOLED for iOS.
A lot of people know that clicking on the dark mode 10 times on Android will active AMOLED mode, but what about iOS? iOS is always being left in the dark when it comes to new features, it's been a year since the last post about this and nothing. So I want to start this again, BRING AMOLED TO IOS!!

Also, not sure if this is really well known but the new iPhones come with this type of screen, 'black' pixels doesn't exist anymore, it just shuts off the pixels to save battery life. So this would be entirely useful, not just a personal preference.

I'm pretty sure they would've added it to iOS when they did with android if they could

Sirius, Android is getting updates WAY before iOS is, so no. I'm on the iOS beta program and we haven't received an update for either AMOLED or Flashlight mode. More than likely half the features on Android aren't on the iOS platform because the iOS platform is much harder to code for as it's way more protected *so I believe is the issue*. So unfortunately it doesn't exist on iOS because of it just being a 'personal project' that someone wanted to do that only got released on Android because Android had the technology to do that. Now we; the iOS platform; does, so i'm trying to get it on our platform to save us battery life. It also is pretty much easier on the eyes too.
