Discord executing markdown in replies

When you use the "reply" function, discord executes some of the markdown on the label (asterisks making italics, etc). This only seems to work with both single asterisks and underlines, double underlines showing nothing and double asterisks (with or without a closing) will make the username after the asterisks white instead of the standard role color. Found on discord mobile for Android
