Desktop - don't discard drafts when network is lost

If you are typing in the desktop client (Mac in my case), and your computer loses network, Discord drops back to the "spinning video game controller" splash screen and throws out what you were typing.

Please don't do this.

IRC clients have gotten this right for decades, even Slack does the correct thing and lets you send your message after reconnection.
