Allow the Stage Channel "Live" Notification to be dismissed

This huge notification pops up while a Stage Channel is active and it can easily block other channels while it's active and it cannot be dismissed unless you join the Stage Channel(which you might not want to do). It can be ultra annoying because of that, so would be nice if this notification could be dismissed for users who don't care about the active stage channel.

  Yes please. We have a server where this doesn't affect 99.9% of the users but yet it takes up the majority of the sidebar.
