Make Profile Decorations Permanent For Nitro Subscribers.

Recently we had profile decorations for the discord birthday event. From what I have seen these decorations are very well liked by Nitro users. As it stands, Nitro is losing a feature due to the removal of discriminators customization. Thus, I feel it is reasonable for us to want a replacement feature or two. Profile decorations are already a working feature, thus would not be hard for discord to implement. They are well liked and allow Nitro users more customization to stand out, the same reason we enjoyed custom discriminators. I feel it would be a fair replacement.

Additionally, they could add more, make them collectable etc. There are many possibilities.
