[Unsupported Report] AMOLED theme still displays as dark theme

Switching on the amoled mode does not change the theme from gray to black, it remains on normal dark theme. 

This started to occur yesterday after an update.

I was redirected here after submitting this as a normal bug report

 

Android 13, Samsung Galaxy s21 FE

App: 189.6 (189106) betaRelease; Manifest: N/A; Build Override: N/A; Device: r9q (SM-G990U) OS 33;

  same issue here, and it's truly annoying. I hate the greyish look without AMOLED as to me it looks ugly.

  Same issue, Android 13 app version 189.9. The member sidebar works but not the text area or channel list.

  Upon the new 189.9 update, I too started having this issue. AMOLED displaying as regular dark mode with the member sidebar still having the right color but everything else being gray or brown. Turning off my device, uninstalling the app and turning battery saver on were all steps I took trying to fox it. With no avail.

  Here's hoping we get some kind of fix soon, regular dark mode is really hard to see, everything looks out of place. I'm colorblind, AMOLED was basically my accessibility setting

  Update: issue has been fixed in the latest update.
