Add mic input and audio output source settings to iOS

Please add the ability to switch mic audio input and audio output source settings to iOS version. I would like to plug in my microphone to my iOS device and use a headset to hear the audio.

  I think this needs to be for all mobile platforms and the ability to set a custom push to talk button. If it's a headset with action buttons or a wireless keyboard.
