Terrible service
I purchased Nitro yearly subscription, but didn't notice they sneak in the nitro boosts on the checkout page. Sent an e-mail in same-day trying to get a refund. They asked that I tell them what i want refunded, and include my e-mail, etc. Sent in the second e-mail with 2 days to spare before the 5-day “strict refund policy”. Got ghosted. Sent another ticket in, got the same refund policy answer. I've been using discord since 2017, and I'm beyond disappointed that they cant deal with a simple refund. I'm out $200 I guess.

I'm going through the same issue. I had unauthorized transactions that appeared on my credit card from Discord. Three nitro charges were made and I have no idea who and how it happened. I'm not on Discord anymore but I sent in 3 tickets and no response. It's ridiculous. I have two factor authentication turned on too.
