Discord keeps closing/ignoring my request tickets

Hello, I am @asisrekt, my account has been disabled for an accidental refund over a discord nitro gift, I have opened a ticket about this and Discord keeps closing my tickets or simply ignoring them.

I have even tried reaching out to them on twitter.

Please help me, I have less than a week left.
