About permission settings in the server

I am the one running my own server on Discord.

I would like you to separate "Message pinning function" from the "Manage messages permission".
Currently in Discord, the "Manage messages permission" encompasses the function to pin chats and delete messages.
However, I often run into situations where I want to allow server members pinning messages but not to allow delete messages.
Please, I would like you to separate "Manage messages permission" into "Allow pinning messages" and "Other message management functions".
