Discord Support Feedback
This is my honest opinion of the current state of Discord Support.
It's absolutely horrendous, I've never been met with such bad customer support in my entire life, like seriously we shouldn't have to wait Multiple Days, Weeks, and even months just to receive support once then wait even more for a reply.
It's unacceptable that discord operates in this way, I've seen Roblox, Guilded, Twitter and other major platforms with better Support, its absolutely ridiculed no big brands are calling you out for your stupidity, You go on your knees for the big influencers, and partners, but the average guy gets ignored and has to wait weeks to get a reply.
Seriously, if you cant handle the amount of Tickets, then make an automated bot similar to Roblox to verify your age instead of auto-banning people from the discord, and not only that. Discord will TERMINATE your account if you do not get it back within 14-30 days, which is stupid cause Discord will take all the time in the world until your account is fully deleted, then they MIGHT reply back to you, and by that point it's helpless.
Its seriously so frustrating I've seen so many other people with this same issue
And to the community, Use Guilded, They have an Official Guilded Server, their support is good, and most Paid Features on Discord are free there and they are backed by another Major Company (Roblox Corporation).
I recommend it instead of this trash shithole known as Discord.
Discord, fix your support or I promise you that everyone is going go to your competitors, you arent not untouchable, start treating us like people.

I have the same issue, my friend got hacked and the hacker used that account to hack mine too (this happened 20 days ago approx.). I didn't expect to fully recover my account, but the thing that makes me upset the most is that the 2 tickets i sent to them, i didn't even get a SINGLE response. NOT-A-SINGLE-ONE.
I use discord for YEARS and i never needed their support until this happened. This is very disappointing, seriously.I work with Internet Customer Support in another company that has 30.000 to 40.000 customers. I know compared to Discord it's super small, but if me and the team can't respond for more than 1 day, the boss, CEO and everything similar will come ask if something happened. Here i just get the feeling that they just “whatever, don't care”.
