Hide Sensitive Information while screensharing

This would be a good idea to avoid people from accidentally doxing themselves etc. This would lower the rates of on Platform Violations with Doxing, etc.

Example; Apple Blurs Information if you screenshare a call etc. This can be done easily by Discord to avoid the leakage of User Info, such as your IP Address, Home Address, etc.
