Improve lost mail support / Mejorar el soporte por correo perdido

I lost access to my email and it is impossible to communicate with my service provider, thinking that the support is good I go and talk to them (showing proof) and the support sends me to create a new account or contact my provider. When in other similar and more popular platforms the support would help you to change your email for the associated phone number, not here. The phone number seems to be just a decoration.
Please listen to the users and improve your support, for example: Send an SMS to the associated number to be able to change the email.

The community should be of interest to them and look for the best for us NOT leave us to the fate of our service provider. I have friends who put temporary emails and lost the account due to the bad support that there is for this case, others that for reasons of life their provider does not help them and do not have access.

Perdí el acceso a mi correo y me es imposible comunicarme con mi proveedor de servicio, pensando que el soporte bueno me dirijo y hablo con ellos (mostrando pruebas) Y el soporte me manda a crearme una nueva cuenta o comunicarme con mi proveedor. Cuando en otras plataformas similares  y más populares el soporte te ayudaría a cambiarte el correo por el numero de telefono asociado, aqui no. El numero de teléfono parece andar de adorno.
Por favor hagan caso a los usuarios y mejoren su soporte, Por ejemplo: Que se mande un SMS al numero asociado para poder cambiar el correo electrónico.

La comunidad deberia ser de interes para ellos y buscar lo mejor para nosotros NO dejanos a la suerte de nuestro proveedor de servicio. Tengo amigos que pusieron correos temporales y perdieron la cuenta debido al mal soporte que hay para este caso, otros que por razones de la vida su proveedor no les ayudan y no tienen acceso
