Disabling an account due to unclear circumstances

have another problem with a mistakenly disabled account, I'm 16 years old already. I received a letter in the mail with a request to confirm the age data and update it. I did everything right, received a notification that the support received my message. However, 6 days have passed since the last application, in total I have already sent 3 applications with the hope that some of them will be satisfactory for support. My account can also be deleted due to the long work of discord support and this bothers me, the account is already 3 years old
