Account disabled due to violation of ToS while compromised

My account was compromised on 7/13, from this moment forward I have had no access to it. I spoke with the hacker multiple times attempting to get my account back, even having been extorted a small amount. Still no dice. I received little to no communication from discord support till late August/Early September. One technician said they had opened the account back up and I would need to reset the password, but once I attempted to login, it said the account was disabled. I received no reply again for a few weeks until I finally received an automatic reply from Clyde stating my account had been disabled for violation of ToS. I'm unclear as to how, or why this is even possible as I had no access to do ANYTHING on the account for 2 months now. With lack of support, any type of service or responses, it's impossible to get my account back, especially when I create an appeal and have my ticket (39326175) closed within 2 minutes after creation by Nelly with no reply.
