share video issue

Hi 

this issue need to fix asap i, don't know the reason for disabling this feature:

if voice channel permissions view channel is disable or if connect permissions is disable 

user not allowed to video sharing his screen in private voice channel unless you enable

permission view & connect !

i will be appreciated and all community will love this feature if was add :)
