customer service is a joke

After my account got randomly disabled i followed the steps showed proof that it was falsely disabled and did everything that the submit a request section asked for, my tickets kept getting ignored it would show that it was solved when it wasn't so i went and did some research on the customer support from what i have learned this has been an issue for years of discords customer support being useless so to everyone trying to get ahold of customer support you have a better chance at winning the lottery then getting help from discord your best bet is to give up and make a new account or to boycott discord for how terrible the customer support is.

  Their support system is literally non-existent, so don't expect a reply back until a couple of months (Luckily, by a bot) and by the time they answer you, your account will be deleted.
