My poor current discord experience! (Dox'd and then Banned!)
I recently was on discord and have been having some trouble with a group of individuals who I banned from a group for posting photos of my face around online with against my consent, although I had posted photos of my face before, I didn't really want those ones in particular leaking since it was of me and my at the time friend girl. Notably I didn't care too much about this, but I did end up banning them from a server I was essentially head admin in. Nothing really came of it until some weeks later when my real life phone number got called by those who got banned asking for an unban! After that I called my local authorities and investigations are/were ongoing for the accepted case for some time. After such I thought it was over. A scary experience but nothing really terrifying since the person apologized, knew they were in the wrong and said so, and never did call me again after that. Although it would appear someone else who I banned took it VERY personally, so they proceeded to find ALL of my personal information someplace and posted ALL of it in multiple discord servers, and proceeded to repeat the same with some of the others who were involved, due to them apparently having a falling out. After all of this happened I got reported for apparently breaking discord ToS, even though I didn't do anything to anyone, I! I was the one to get my account DISABLED and soon DELETED even though I am the victim of this literal federal crime! I have yet to report this to my authorities but I intend to as soon as I may find the time. I mostly just came here to tell this to whoever may be reading it as a warning to.. Well idk. I don't want to say something depressing like “Give up, because discord staff won't help you and they didn't help me.” Even though they really didn't help me, because I contacted them, they told me I simply broke ToS, provided no evidence of such, and proceeded to say my account would remain disabled and be deleted soon. Really uncool of them, especially after I, imo, begged them to just hear me out and allow me a chance to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that I didn't do anything to violate discord ToS! But nope, here we are in this very much so non-ideal situation where a Nitro Subscriber since June 7th, 22 gets treated very unfairly by discord staff who agreed with the idea that apparently I committed a federal crime and am worthy of this kind of treatment. (I sent them multiple other emails and created multiple other support tickets just to get no response back, so I am fairly certain I have just been blocked.) Anyway I guess the real message here is don't trust anyone and get your operational security in tip top shape ASAP so you don't even have a chance of ending up like me where years and years of stuff gets thrown out the window because of crappy moderation on discord's behalf and federal crimes by some 14 year old who hates your guts because you booted him from a roblox group and discord server.

Hey, it sounds like you were responded to by Clyde bot (which is an automated terms of service interface that doesn’t do anything but say hey i don’t read but this is what we banned you for, but it doesn’t tell you that it doesn’t read). Don’t file a new ticket if Clyde responds to you and it gets “solved” just respond to Clyde appropriately (don’t curse, i know how frustrating it may be i’m waiting rn for my appeal) and it’ll reopen your original ticket.
New tickets typically just get closed immediately if it’s about the same issue and if you open enough about the same issue discord considers it abuse of platform so they remove your access to make new tickets.
My advice, try to find the original ticket with clyde and respond (might reopen the ticket if it’s not time sensitive), and if not file a better business bureau complaint to try to have the matter resolved.
Sorry to hear those folks doxed you and found your phone and have been bad human beings. i really hope irl investigation holds fruit. I doubt a human reviewed your case. you could try to get a human in the zendesk ticket system or just do a new account. your call.
