Still Waiting On Discord

You probably guessed it, another post about someone still waiting on Discord to reply about my account that got hacked. It's been over a month since I put in for a ticket about my account that got hacked. I have not put in multiple tickets as they say to do. It took about 2 weeks for support to finally respond, but all they told me that there was another account on my email. I told them it was placed by the hacker on the same ticket. They tried to close the ticket, even followed up on it like they said to. And here we are, over at over a month.

Why does this bother me? Because I've had friends who had their accounts hacked and they were able to get theirs's back in 2 days. It pains me because I am watching someone impersonate me, losing out on my Nitro I paid for, and keep debating if I should just make an alternate account. I really don't want to, but it's feeling more and more hopeless. The worst part is that I showed screenshots of them threatening me and they just simply try to close the ticket without resolution. That's honestly sad that they have “safety” in their title when they clearly don't care about it.

I'm sure this will just be another number to their tally of people complaining about waiting for Discord to respond, but I'll voice my issue as well.
