server ownership transfer
The other day ago, I made a server between my friends and I got banned. I made another account and joined back the server. Afterwards, I appealed to Discord regarding my access to my own server. And guess what? They keep on sending the same automated email about me not reaching the requirements to gain my ownership back. Any thoughts?

is it an individual server or a public server?
I ask cause discord only assists with server ownership transfers if your server is a public server that has more than 100 members in it, and the server owner hasn't accessed their account for at least a month. Additionally, in order to request server ownership, the new server owner must already have administrator and/or moderator permissions within the server.
