I was hacked and my support ticket came back empty

This discord support ticket things is a complete joke. This is the ONLY option for asking for help over a stolen account. There is no phone number, no messages, or no email you can ask for help because the only possible way to even have a slivver of a chance at getting my account back is by banging my head against an automated support system.

Is this seriously the only possible way I can get my account back?
