    moi sa fais + de 15jours que je veux savoir si mon compte va etre reactiver ou pas ? je leur envoi 30 mails et aucune reponse a été donner

    According to their email, opening new support requests or sending too many responses on an open case will update the ticket in their system and move it to the back of the queue. So, I think it will take a long time and we have to create a new account if they don't respond in time.
