Server Removed from Discovery

My server was removed from discovery, and I'm not exactly clear on why it happened. We have ensured that there is no NSFW content. Is it possible that the removal was due to the server being named '21+' or because we enforced a 21+ age requirement for someone?

If so, we have addressed this issue by changing the server name, and we no longer have the age restriction. We would like to know if it's acceptable to still use the name '21+' to attract individuals of that age group while allowing younger people on the server.

Additionally, could you provide guidance on how we can get our server relisted? We appreciate your assistance.

Side notes: 

1. We'd like to change rule number 2, which is an age requirement, but we can't as the option is missing.

2. I'm trying to change the web page to the updated changes in the description, but it does not save. I click save and it pops back up as if i've made no changes
