Account disabled for being "underaged"

This morning I've received an e-Mail with the information that my account was suspended because I would supposedly be under 13 years old. No idea how this happend but I'm not 13 years old or younger — this just actually came randomly from nowhere and shoked me asf.

Now I've submitted an appeal with age/ID verification in the hope to get unbanned but honestly I'm not sure why this even had to happen…

How long can this take until my account gets unbanned? I've uploaded everything they needed from me and proofed that I'm of legal age.

Still worried that I will stay banned for quite nothing — anyone have experiences with this?

UPDATE: My account got unlocked after nearly 2 days. First time, my verification picture wasn't accepted because the date of birth wasn't clearly visible so I uploaded another one and then it worked well. You need to submit a ticket - detailed with the required informations and then there's a good chance to get your account access back. Good Luck everyone.

    Already created a ticket / ban-appeal with the selfie & ID verification? I've heard that it can take up to 7 days until the verification is done. But mostly also like 3 days. Somewhere between as well… Let's see what's coming next.

    I've had the same issue i did however say I “was 12” as a joke but I'm over the age of 13.

    Hello,

    So yesterday, I was in my main account and then, I got an email saying my account is suspended for being “under 13 years old” which it isn’t true, I am 14 years old and I had a strong drama with someone in discord and then they got really angry at me and they decided to false report me and then days later, I was banned from discord and this is ridiculous. However they thought I was “10” years old but I am 14 years old, And I got upset and I thought I would never get my main account back.

    However, They forced me to join the VC and they started saying hurtful things to me saying things like “You sound like an 8 year old” which it wasn’t true, and then I deleted my server and made a new one, they were lying saying things like I was harassing their friend which I didn’t and they harassed me first.

    Note : Discord, I really want my account back and this is ridiculous


    2nd note : I really don’t want to show my face just to make sure I’m 13+ but I don’t even like to show my face online to people
