disable account

My account was disable for no reason ! when i was talking with my friend in discord , i got logout my account , i login and my account is disabled ?

  I did that too! i was talking to my friend and from all of the sudden i've got logged out from my account and it was saying that is disabled! but when i check my email there is nothing regarding the activation!
