Appeal falsely marked as solved
Hello. My ticket (#40321261) for an account appeal was marked as solved without any further action. No replies, no account enabling, no nothing. It was done by Nelly and was done within 2 minutes after the ticket was made. If I could recieve a proper response, I would be very happy!

I would send another ticket in protest but I don't feel like pestering support just yet. Maybe.

Actually, if they can ignore a ticket for a day and close a ticket within seconds… I got a plan.

I swear they're just teaching techs to close out tickets and not do anything with it. Literally the same person closed out my ticket.

I submitted a copy of my ticket to experiment and they did the same exact thing.
I'll likely just use an alt though in case things go south. Had a similar experience a while ago and I'm pretty sure I'm facing a repeat.

I called, sent letters, replied to their twitter and facebook posts, direct messaged, email their board, and much more. All ignored.

I was falsely reported for “underage” and despite having proofs, all of my tickets were being marked as “Solved” and no action or response were done.

Discord support is extremely mentally distressing. I am entirely innocent, I just want my account back. The support here is literally just instantly closing a ticket as soon as it gets opened. Is support like this even legal? This is so abysmal. I'm really thinking about getting in contact with a lawyer

Same thing is happening with me, tickets are solved with 0 response.

Hey. Same thing happened to me and others. I’ve read alot of reddit posts and gathered information. I’m not sure myself 100% on any of this, as I am also currently unfairly suspended for allegedly being underage. Here’s my speculation:
1. When it’s marked ‘solved’, do not send another ticket immediately. It’s advisable to send only one. Check the ticket details and follow up the same ticket that has been marked as solved with more information so that the support team could take action. When you check the ticket details, you’ll discover the status will be changed to “open”. That is from you, not from Discord.
P.S, Make sure that the subject line and the description has all information needed. Short, correct and straight to the point is the best way to go. The subject line should be something simple like “My account was hacked” or “My account got falsely banned”.
2. Confirm that you have read the Discord ToS and Community Guidelines and that the email you’re using to send the ticket is the same one that is attached to the disabled Discord account. Clarify if your account has NOT been disabled for being too young to be on the platform. To do this you need only type in your reply to your ticket.
3. Be patient. Discord Support is famous for the fact that it replies slowly, has a talent in distressing people, and also being quite frustrating and irritating to deal with. You will most likely not get a response in one day. Wait about a week or two or the earliest— estimate 4-5 days.
4. If all else fails, maybe try reaching out to their twitter @discord_support. Disclose all information (your ticket number, the reason why you were banned, etc.)
5. Do not rely on Nelly. I’ve suspected that she is a bot created for opening and not responding whenever people spam requests to lessen the queue of actual tickets calling for help. This is why I have stated not to send multiple requests before.
This is my experience at dealing with Discord Support at the issue for being mistakenly banned for being underage. It is different for everyone, so take my word with a grain of salt. Good luck.

How does #2 actually works? Cuz I replied to it as you said and it didn't update that piece of info

I think that the Discord Support Team should first see your reply and then they’ll update the ticket themselves. I am in the same situation.
