My Discord account has been disabled
Hello, My Discord account has been disabled, I bought Nitro, then I thought it was unnecessary for me and requested a return. I think my account was closed approximately 30 minutes after I created the refund request. I did not receive an Email regarding the reason for Deactivating my Account. I'm waiting for a response from support. Do I need to do anything else in the meantime?

They mark my requests as "solved". I can't get enough information about my requests, for example they don't tell me which rule I violated. I sent them 3 requests and 3 times they were marked as solved with no response. I think I'll try to contact them on Twitter. I hope this helps.

I have sent them physical letters, appealed here 20 times, twitter messages and public tweets, facebook messages and public posts, called them (only to find out they have no call center), and even emailed their board and pinged their ceo. They do not care, once your account is gone, 99% its never coming back.
