Is there a support system here or is it just a bot? Why hasn't anyone responded to my email? I was suspended because of my age. But when I submitted the information confirming that I was not underage The support is quiet. and just closed my ticket Didn't even answer anything. In summary, what should I do next? Should I wait or what? Why doesn't support help me? Is there a way to contact the owner? Do they know how bad their support system is?

  Hello Nonthawat776,

  you can write a letter to Discord in San Francisco but I dont think that this will solve your problem.
