Thanks for nothing.
My account, dillon4599, was just deleted after 30 days because of a ‘TOS violation’ despite me constantly reminding your support team that it shouldn't have been flagged. I tried every avenue available to me (sent in 3 tickets, contacted you on twitter, even tried calling your god damned office FFS) and I never got a useful response. Apparently 'guilty by association' is a good reason to delete the account of a user who's been using said account for 5 years without any problems. What excuse even is there to treat your customers so god damned poorly? I'll repeat this again:
DISCORD. NEEDS. LIVE. SUPPORT.
Discord makes more money than all of the gold in King Tut's castle, yet I'm supposed to just believe they're incapable of hiring some schmuck to sit at a desk and listen to account appeals? I'm *thoroughly* disappointed with Discord and their complete lack of transparency. Turns out I'm not the only one, either. Thousands of people have been hit with ban waves from bots because apparently banning anyone who even unknowingly associates with a few bad apples is somehow justifiable. This is why Discord NEEDS competition, hopefully a platform that treats its users like human beings.
