I like this idea, but I don't like condition. Like if developer would want to make fancy Discord bot for their server and can't use animated Banner and Avatars, they would stop and pay MEE6, Carl-Bot, Arcane or Dyno, and forget on the bot. There would be less new Discord bots, because of it.
