    the Discord Trust and Safety is currently the worst
    A Long Time ago I got also hacked on Steam, then… “NOT ONE DAY”… after
    I got my Steam account back.

    Discord, what happend to you?

    I had the same problem like you, Lil' Hannah. They're taking so long because they're really busy with the other tickets other people made.

    They “always” have high ticket volumes, and if that’s the case they should move resources over to the support team instead of adding a shop with microtransactions. My ticket has been closed a total of 8 times now, and I have STILL not received a response OR email regarding why my account was falsely disabled.

    I agree that they are likely busy, but as said before, they should move recourses. Personally, I don't think they are trying that hard. If they were trying hard, than they would probably be sending out messages on social media that they are experiencing a back up or have a bot tell us to stay put or something every week or so. People complain all the time that they aren't getting the help they need. A lot of people would likely at least be more calm if a representative from Discord made announcements about this stuff because the main problem most of us are having is Why is Discord support ignoring us?

    They have a bot system for auto closing tickets if you already have one open, that's why it's frustrating because all we can do is sit and wait, questioning if our ticket is abandoned or not. The way Discord support is currently set up is critically flawed.
