My account was hacked and threatened to have information sold

    Fun fact, I am in the same exact boat. I wish I could tell you it would, but I have been waiting since August 31st. I was mad when it took two weeks for them to finally reply. Sadly, they said there was an account placed on the email I was trying to get it back to. They said respond if I didn't put the account there and I responded within 10 minutes, but now I am at over a month since I last heard from them.

    I don't know for you since you are requesting to delete your account, but I've been reading the feedback since I got hacked and I've seen a lot of people complain about their Trust and Safety team considering they ignore their users begin threatened.

    Anyway, I hope you can get a hold of them soon.

    I want to say I have been messaging them periodically throughout the past almost 72 hours of the incident on my two remaining open  tickets which are both tickets they said they sent to trust and security. They closed my other 5. Even yesterday I opened a ticket that summarized my whole incident and they closed it and marked it as solved when i told them I was looking for answers. This is so saddening.. Im still going to keep messaging them asking for updates.

    I even sent a ticket in today asking simply for updates on my two open tickets and they didnt even send an automated message. They just marked it as solved.. If anyones reading this, please give me updates and assistance… trying to keep faith is hard but im hoping this gets solved soon..
