Cant connect discord

I cant connect discord from my pc (i cant connect to discord web and also app on my pc)

When i log into my account discord logo comes out then nothing happens (same on browser)

But when i open vpn from browser i can join to discord 

(my firewall not blocking, i removed discord, i restarted my router/modem also my pc)

i dont have any proxy, i've cleared ssl certf. i changed dns (i did everything i saw on the internet basically)

    also i downloaded a vpn to my pc then log into discord from app on my pc it worked but my voice wasnt going to my friends i disconnected the vpn then 2-3 minutes it worked but after that my discord disconnected and the loading logo appeared again so nothing solved but as i said i think it must be related to my internet

    aynı sorun bende de var ve asla düzelmiyor. hücresel veri ile girince sorun yok ama wi-fi ile giriş yapılmıyor. 24 saattir bu böyle, kafayı yersin.

    I did everything necessary but it didn't fix it. The logo screen keeps spinning. You can only log in with cellular data. Customer service stated that there was no problem caused by them. I can't access discord for 24 hours
