My account was falsely disabled for being underage.

My account was disabled on 8 oct and its already 9 days. It happened when a person reported my joke message and it was disabled. I hate to say but discord's system is very bad. On my first request they said that the photo in my photo id is outdated and that is the only photo id i have. When i made a second request they said that if you don't have a photo id please use your school id with birth certificate. I do have a birth certificated but i dont have a school id which has a unique no. because i am an Indian. i have a school id card only which has my name and photo on it.

And now they are not even replying to my requests. If you are not giving my account back than give me its data so i dont lose contact to my precious friends. 

Its so heartbreaking if i lose my account and lose all contact to my friends.
