Discord's Faulty TOS

I have a couple of days before my account goes bye bye due to a tos server and iI value the Discord platform as a place for meaningful interaction, and I believe it is essential for the platform to maintain fairness and consistency in its Trust and Safety enforcement processes.

On 9/28, I received a notice that my account had been disabled due to the sharing of NSFW content within a specific server. While I fully acknowledge the importance of adhering to Discord's policies and guidelines, I must highlight some perplexing inconsistencies in the enforcement of these policies.

Firstly, I am perplexed by the fact that my account was disabled without any prior warning or opportunity to rectify the situation. Other users within the same server, who were also sharing NSFW content, received the basic Trust and Safety system message and were not subjected to the same level of punitive action. I find it problematic that the enforcement of rules appears to vary significantly from one user to another, even within the same server.

I've had problems registering a new account because email address domain-name ended with the letters “com”. Discord said my email address wasn't valid. My entire company could not register an account due to a code bug in Discords website. It took Discord nearly two months to fix this bug. Yesterday I was able to register a new account, but right after I verified my email address I received an email from Discord saying that I violated the TOS because of the support tickets that I submitted in order to have Discord fix their registration website bug. Discord must assume that I was spamming their support service. You got to be kidding me. I'll have to submit another support ticket to try to have my account unlocked. Not holding my breath. It will probably be denied. I did Discord a favor by finding a bug in their registration website code, and this is the treatment I received.
