Hide other peoples' statuses?

I'm finding some peoples' statuses to be very triggering, whether they're about self harm, suicide ideation, or something else.

On my own server, I can have people change their statuses or they get removed if they're especially bad. However, on other peoples' servers or even on my friends' list (my actual friends don't do things like that, but my art discord where my friends list serves as a ping list invites all sorts of people), I can't really enforce that.

Could we please have a way to turn off the ability to view other peoples' statuses?
