My account has been hacked and I'm not sure what to do

Someone has hacked my account and went on to the support acting like me so they can get my account without me getting any access to it.They even made reports to my friends who were calling them out. I already notified support but they've been very slow wiht it. What can I do? (also me messaging them on my new account to let them know they're not gonna get away with it. Discord please help!)

    I am too, I really hope they are able to do something about it instead of doing nothing. I even gave in a bunch of evidence to prove that its been hacked too.

    and to make matters worse my email is attatched to an account that I can't even get access to. I never had this account name nor do I want it to be.

    Good luck getting it back, I've been waiting for more than a week for them to solve a problem with my account that's been hacked and is being used to steal other users personal RL data.

    Still waiting for any kind of feedback from the Trust and Safety team, also opened another ticket to permanently delete my account and payment methods associated with it and guess who it got redirected to? That's right, the Trust and Safety team.

    It's been almost 2 weeks (I was hacked on October 9) and Discord hasn't replied! They should get the team more focused on support tickets.

    Well it looks like I wont get my account back, they just changed the username of the original account and it doesn't seem like the trust & safety team care about helping.  (this is them renaming my account)

    To any discord representative seeing this, it would be really helpful if you could help. They also charged money on my card for discord nitro. Please take action.

    They doesn't do anything, i got also charged 10,13€ on 09/11/2023 but no answers

    And btw. i requested an Transfer ownership for my own server: No answers, marked as solved but I see my old account still the owner

    Okay…

    They are completely refusing it, reopend one time then after only 10 Minutes: marked as solved.

    Then i reopend again making them an offer for reverting my account then it's not needed to transfer
