Account was hijacked a 2nd time after residual malware still being on PC, account marked as a minor.

Wondering if I'll ever get my account back at this point. I submitted a picture with my face, ID and username all on a single photo. Only hiccup was probably the fact the the username was changed. 

When I replied back with the UPDATED username set by the hijacker, all the prior evidence was ignored and I was told 

"It's against our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines for a user to have a Discord account while under the required age in their country. We are required to strictly enforce our age limit for legal reasons.

If you're unable to fulfill our requirements, then this is a permanent action and we will not reinstate the account. When you've turned the minimum age for your country, you'll be welcome to create a new Discord account."

 

Do they have bots handling these or something???

  yes that is possible. Just send your ID document to Discord under https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000029731 and choose the “Update my age information” option there.

   

  Then just follow the instructions.
