No answer since one Month

I'm tired to explain it every post: simply got Hacked

I'm already waiting one month and also got unauthorised charge on Paypal

Discord's still doin nothing: I feel my Privacy got violated because of letting Hackers have so much time to gather all information they needed. 

Reason: “wAiT UnTiL wE AnSwEr yOu”

(I live in Germany, one of the strictest Privacy Policy Laws Country)

    Hello,

    I see your having difficulty with getting your account back after having it hacked, it could be a possibility that the ticketing system lost your request.

    Since it's been one month and you've apparently received PayPal charges, I recommend the following:

    1 - Reset your PayPal credentials and cut the Discord connection via their official support or web dashboard.

    2 - Send another request to Discord and include the original request ID on the followup. 

    3 - Await Discord's response, if you see no response you might want to attempt another category or presume your account lost.

    I've already created tickets referring to the original Ticket (only two times)

    The one explaining the Situation with Paypal (unanswerd)

    Request for Server Transfer (after a few days, I really don't Spam at all. It got solved without any action)

    I feel like Discords is strictly refusing to help with hacked accounts

    btw. The Account can't be lost bc it has still the same username like before

    I'm on the same boat, been waiting for almost 2 weeks for some kind of feedback.

    Already filled a BBB complaint regarding this issue due to lack of feedback from Discord.

    I guess they just love not helping their paying customers.

    As of yesterday the username of the hacked account was changed, so there's that :/

    Yup, I'm at almost two months now. Glad my nitro is going to waste, glad that the hacker is trying to steal my friend's accounts, glad they threaten to sell my information, glad that I'm doing what Discord says and yet, they just let the chaos spread. The fact though that they ignore that I brought up getting blackmailed is literally a critical failure on the Trust and Safety department.
